    帕罗西汀联合生物反馈治疗抑郁症的临床研究

    Effect of biofeedback combined with paroxetine in the treatment of depression

    • 摘要: 目的:观察帕罗西汀联合生物反馈在抑郁症治疗中的作用。方法:将60例首次发病的抑郁症病人随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例;2组均接受帕罗西汀(20~40 mg/d)治疗,观察组同时联合生物反馈治疗,3次/周,疗程6周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)分别于治疗前及治疗后第1、2、4、6周末评定疗效,并比较2组不良反应发生情况。结果:2组有效率及不良反应差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后第1、2、4、6周,2组HAMD评分均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01);治疗后第2周和第4周,观察组HAMD评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),其余时间2组HAMD评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:帕罗西汀联合生物反馈治疗抑郁症可提高疗效,安全性好,值得临床推广应用。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To observe the effects of biofeedback combined with paroxetine in the treatment of depression.Methods: Sixty patients with the first onset depression were randomly divided into the observation group and control group.Two groups were treated with 20 to 40 mg of paroxetine per day,and the observation group was additionally treated with biofeedback,3 times a week for 6 weeks.The therapeutic effects in two groups were evaluated using Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) before treatment and at 1,2,4 and 6 weeks after treatment.The adverse reactions in two groups were evaluated during treatment.Results: The differences of the effective rate and adverse reaction between two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of HAMD in two groups significantly decreased after 1,2,4,6 weeks of treatment(P<0.01).At 2 and 4 weeks after treatment,the scores of HAMD in observation group were lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and at other time points,the difference of the score of HAMD between two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions: The biofeedback combined with paroxetine in treating depression can improve the therapeutic effects,which is safe and worthy of promotion in clinic.
