Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the related factors of complications in patients treated with laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy(LPD).
Methods: The incidence rate of complications and risk factors of total complications, pancreatic fistula and postoperative bleeding in 240 patients treated with LPD were analyzed.
Results: The complication occurrence in 97 cases was found, which included 32 cases of pancreatic fistula(32.99%),49 cases of postoperative bleeding(50.52%),4 cases of incision liquefaction(4.12%) and 12 cases of infection(12.37%).The results of logistic regression analysis showed that the age ≥ 65 years and bleeding volume ≥ 200 mL were the risk factors of influencing the total complications, the age ≥ 65 years and pancreatic duct diameter ≤ 3 mm were the risk factors of pancreatic fistula, and the age ≥ 65 years was the risk factor of influencing postoperative bleeding of patients.
Conclusions: The risk factors influencing complication in patients treated with LPD is more.During the perioperative period, the related indicators should be closely paid attention to and monitored to prevent the incidence of complications.
