    磁共振新鲜血液成像技术在下肢静脉疾病中的应用价值

    The application of MRI fresh blood imaging technique in the lower extremity venous imaging

    • 摘要: 目的:评价磁共振新鲜血液成像技术(fresh blood imaging,FBI)在下肢静脉成像中的应用价值。方法:收集疑有下肢静脉病变病人40例,均行磁共振FBI和顺行下肢静脉造影检查,从下肢静脉图像质量、解剖显示、动脉污染各方面对2种检查方法进行对照比较。结果:40例病人下肢静脉的FBI图像质量诊断结果符合率为92.50%,具有较好的一致性(Kappa指数为0.699);其组织伪影评分的诊断结果符合率为82.50%,同样具有较好一致性(Kappa指数为0.632)。在显示静脉血管数量方面,FBI和下肢静脉造影检查间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:FBI和顺行下肢静脉造影技术在显示下肢静脉的图像质量、组织污染和血管结构显示等方面均无明显差异,尤其适用于对碘造影剂过敏及肾功能不全等病人,具有广阔的临床应用前景。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the application value of MRI fresh blood imaging(FBI) in lower extremity venous imaging.Methods: Forty patients with lower extremity venous lesion were examined using MRI FBI and lower vein angiography.The quality of imaging,anatomical display,arterial pollution in all cases between two methods were compared.Results: The diagnosis result coincidence rate of FBI quality of lower extremity venous was 92.50%,and the consistency of which was good(Kappa value=0.699).The diagnosis result coincidence rate of organize fake film score was 82.50%,and the consistency of which was good(Kappa value=0.632).The difference of the number of venous vessels between two methods was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions: The differences of the quality of imaging,anatomical display and arterial pollution between two methods are not statistically significant,which is worthy of application in the patients with hypersensitivity to diodone and renal insufficiency.
