皖北地区乡镇卫生院医务人员工作满意度及其影响因素研究

    Research on job satisfaction of medical staff from township hospitals in Northern Anhui and its influence factors

    • 摘要: 目的:调查皖北地区乡镇卫生院医务人员工作满意度现状及其影响因素。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法,采用自制工作满意度调查问卷对皖北地区27所乡镇卫生院477名医务人员进行问卷调查。结果:皖北地区乡镇卫生院医务人员工作总体满意度得分为(3.67±0.82)分;其中5个维度得分从高到低依次为内部环境(3.85±0.80)分,工作本身(3.77±1.04)分,医院管理(3.71±0.64)分,社会执业环境(3.64±0.68)分,工作回报(3.38±0.93)分;不同年龄、婚姻状况及工龄医务人员工作满意度得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在加强乡镇卫生院医疗卫生队伍建设中,应以医务人员职业发展和完善薪酬体系作为切入点,同时要注意针对不同群体采取有针对性的措施。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To investigate the job satisfaction of medical staff from township hospitals in Northern Anhui and its influence factors.Methods:The job satisfaction of 477 medical staff from 27 township hospitals in Northern Anhui selected by stratified random sampling method were investigated using self-made job satisfaction questionnaire.Results:The overall satisfaction score of medical staff from township hospitals in Northern Anhui was(3.67±0.82).The satisfaction scores of work environment,work itself,hospital management,social practice environment and salary were(3.85±0.80),(3.77±1.04),(3.71±0.64),(3.64±0.68) and(3.38±0.93),respectively.The differences of satisfaction scores of different ages,marital status and length of service were statistically significant(P < 0.01).Conclusions:The professional development and improving the salary system of medical staff in township hospitals should be taken as the breakthrough point in strengthening the construction of medical and health teams,and the targeted measures to different groups should be paid attention to.
