Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the job satisfaction of medical staff from township hospitals in Northern Anhui and its influence factors.
Methods:The job satisfaction of 477 medical staff from 27 township hospitals in Northern Anhui selected by stratified random sampling method were investigated using self-made job satisfaction questionnaire.
Results:The overall satisfaction score of medical staff from township hospitals in Northern Anhui was(3.67±0.82).The satisfaction scores of work environment,work itself,hospital management,social practice environment and salary were(3.85±0.80),(3.77±1.04),(3.71±0.64),(3.64±0.68) and(3.38±0.93),respectively.The differences of satisfaction scores of different ages,marital status and length of service were statistically significant(
P < 0.01).
Conclusions:The professional development and improving the salary system of medical staff in township hospitals should be taken as the breakthrough point in strengthening the construction of medical and health teams,and the targeted measures to different groups should be paid attention to.
