Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the application of nifedipine combined with phentolamine and magnesium sulfate in patients with hypertension, and their quality of life.
Methods:One hundred and two hypertension patients were divided into the control group and observation group(51 cases each group). The control group was treated with nifedipine, and the observation group was treated with nifedipine combined with phentolamine and magnesium sulfate. The blood pressure level, medication compliance, disease awareness rate, complication and quality of life between two groups were compared.
Results:The differences of the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure between two groups before intervention were not statistically significant(
P>0.05),the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in two groups after intervention significantly decreased compared with before intervention(
P<0.01),and the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in observation group after intervention were significantly lower than those in control group(
P<0.01).After treatment, the ratio of hypertension patients in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(
P<0.01),the medication compliance and disease awareness rate in observation group were better than those in control group(
P<0.05 and
P<0.01),and the incidence rate of complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(
P<0.01).The differences of the scores of health sensation, physical function, sleep state, life satisfaction and cognitive function between two groups before treatment were not statistically significant(
P>0.05),the indictor scores in two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those of before treatment(
P<0.01),and which in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(
P<0.01).
Conclusions:The nifedipine combined with phentolamine and magnesium sulfate in the treatment of hypertensive patients can effectively reduce the blood pressure, and improve their quality of life, which is worthy of use in clinic.
