Abstract:
Objective:To explore the value of 128 slice spiral CT thin layer post-processing technique in the diagnosis of renal carcinoma and surgical method assessment.
Methods:The clinical data of 20 renal cell carcinoma patients diagnosed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed. The invasion and metastasis of carcinoma in surrounding tissue based on the tumor location were observed using 128 slice spiral CT and post-processing technique. The operation method in 20 cases with renal carcinoma was assessed according to the tumor invasion, which was compared with the result of operation.
Results:The coincidence rates of the results of 128 slice spiral CT thin layer post-processing technique with R.E.N.A.L scoring system and TNM staging of renal cell carcinoma were 100.0% and 90.0%,respectively.The accuracy of the evaluation of operation method before operation was 100%.
Conclusions:The 128 slice spiral CT thin layer post-processing technique can accurately diagnose the renal carcinoma, which provide important reference value for the evaluation of clinical operation mode.
