Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the current state of clinical nursing teachers' psychology capital and work engagement.
Methods: Total 105 clinical nursing teachers from three level of first-class hospitals were recruited using the convenience sampling method by questionnaires.
Results: The mean score of psychological capital of the clinical nursing teacher was 95.05±8.10,the mean score of the work was 67.15±9.10.Whether the hospital had pre job training, special training skills in the hospital, standardized training and qualification admittance, teaching case writing and PPT production had positive significance to psychological capital for work. The optimism dimension has the greatest contribution to the work.
Conclusions: Hospital administrators should take reasonable measures to cultivate positive and optimistic attitude of clinical nursing teachers,so as to improve the effectiveness of their work engagement.
