临床护理带教老师心理资本与工作投入相关性分析

    The relationship between psychology capital and work engagement in clinical nursing teachers

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨临床护理带教教师心理资本及工作投入现状。方法:采用便利抽样的方法,对蚌埠市3所三级甲等医院105名临床护理带教教师进行问卷调查。结果:临床护理带教教师心理资本总分为(95.05±8.10)分,工作投入总分为(67.15±9.10)分,医院是否有岗前培训、院内专项培训技能、规范化培训和资格准入、教案书写及PPT制作对心理资本和工作投入有积极意义,心理资本中乐观维度对工作投入作用最大。结论:医院管理者应该从培养临床护理带教教师积极乐观心态方面采取合理地措施,进而提高其工作投入的效果。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To investigate the current state of clinical nursing teachers' psychology capital and work engagement.Methods: Total 105 clinical nursing teachers from three level of first-class hospitals were recruited using the convenience sampling method by questionnaires.Results: The mean score of psychological capital of the clinical nursing teacher was 95.05±8.10,the mean score of the work was 67.15±9.10.Whether the hospital had pre job training, special training skills in the hospital, standardized training and qualification admittance, teaching case writing and PPT production had positive significance to psychological capital for work. The optimism dimension has the greatest contribution to the work.Conclusions: Hospital administrators should take reasonable measures to cultivate positive and optimistic attitude of clinical nursing teachers,so as to improve the effectiveness of their work engagement.
