    SP结合CBL教学模式在妇产科住院医师规范化培训中的应用

    The application of SP combined with CBL teaching model in the standardized training of obstetrics and gynecology residents

    • 摘要: 目的:研究以案例教学法(CBL)联合标准化病人(SP)教学模式在妇产科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法:将60名新入院的妇产科住院医师规范化培训学员随机分为2组,各30名,分别通过SP结合CBL教学模式和以授课为基础的教学模式(LBL)接受妇产科学的临床教学。2年临床培训后,对2组学员的临床综合能力进行测评,并采用问卷调查的方法调查学员对2种教学方法的满意度。结果:与LBL相比,接受SP结合CBL教学模式的学员在临床思维能力及与病人的沟通能力明显提高,而且学习兴趣更高(P<0.01)。结论:SP结合CBL教学模式在妇产科住院医师规范化培训中切实可行,具有良好的教学效果。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To study the application effects of case-based learning(CBL) combined with standardized patients(SP) teaching model in the standardized training of gynecology and obstetrics residents.Methods: Sixty newly enrolled gynecology and obstetrics trainees were randomly divided into the two groups.The two groups were trained with SP combined with CBL and lecture-based learning(LBL) model,respectively.After 2 years of clinical training,the clinical comprehensive abilities in two groups were evaluated.The satisfaction of two teaching methods of trainees was investigated using questionnaire.Results: Compared with the LBL teaching model,the SP combined with CBL teaching model could significantly improve the clinical thinking ability,ability of communicating with patients and learning interest of trainees(P<0.01).Conclusions: The SP combined with CBL teaching model is practicable in the standardized training of obstetrics and gynecology residents,and has good teaching effect.
