    药学技能竞赛对学生职业能力培养的促进作用

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨药学技能竞赛对大学生职业能力培养的促进作用。方法:采用问卷调查的方式,分析技能竞赛对药学专业学生专业能力和综合能力的影响,并追踪学生大三两个学期的综合成绩,分析其与技能竞赛成绩的相关性。结果:药学技能竞赛通过强调药学主干课程知识的应用与实践,提升了学生综合应用所学知识的专业能力,学生竞赛成绩排名与其在大三第一学期的综合成绩排名(r=0.311,P<0.01)和第二学期的综合成绩排名(r=0.565,P<0.01)均呈显著正相关关系;以技能竞赛作为活动载体培养了学生的表达能力、注意力、观察力以及团队协作等综合基础能力;通过鼓励学生在实践中独立思考,技能竞赛培育了学生创新意识和创新能力。结论:药学技能竞赛对大学生多方面职业能力的形成和培养发挥了积极的促进作用。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To explore the promotion effects of pharmacy skills competition on cultivating vocational ability.Methods:The effects of pharmacy skills competition on professional ability and comprehensive ability of pharmaceutical college students were analyzed using questionnaire.The comprehensive performance of two semesters in junior were tracked,and the correlation of which with skill competition result was analyzed.Results:The pharmacy skills competition improved the comprehensive ability of students by emphasizing the application and practice of main course knowledge,and the ranking of skills competition was positively correlated with the ranking of two semesters in junior year(P<0.01).The abilities of expression,attention,observation and teamwork of students were improved greatly through attending the skill competition.The innovative consciousness and innovation ability were cultivated by encouraging students to think independently in practice during skills competition.Conclusions:The skills competition plays active roles in the cultivation and formation of various professional abilities of students.
