Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the effect of sarpogrelated on serum bilirubin and inflammatory factor level diabetic foot(DF).
Methods: Eighty cases of DF patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 40 cases. The control group was treated with basic treatment, while the treatment group was treated with sarpogrelated. After 6 months, the serum bilirubin and inflammatory factors were observed and recorded.
Results: With the treatment,VCAM-1 and FGF2 of all patients were significantly decreased, and at 6 months after treatment, the VCAM-1 and FGF2 levels in observation group was lower than those in the control group(
P < 0.01 and
P < 0.05),with the treatment,TNF-α and IL-6 levels of all patients with were decreased, but at 6 months after treatment,TNF-α and IL-6 level in the observation group was lower than those in the control group(
P < 0.05 and
P < 0.01),with the treatment,TBIL,IBIL level of 2 groups has been restored, but at 6 months after treatment, the TBIL,IBIL level of observation group was significantly higher that of the control group(
P < 0.05),the total efficiency of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with significant difference between the two groups(
P < 0.05).
Conclusions: Sarpogrelated can effectively improve the serum inflammatory factors, improve the level of bilirubin and improve the therapeutic effect.
