    牙周基础治疗对牙周炎病人PLI、PD及静脉血和龈沟液中hs-CRP表达水平的影响

    Effect of periodontal basic treatment on the PLI,PD, and expression levels of hs-CRP in serum and gingival crevicular fluid

    • 摘要: 目的：探讨牙周基础治疗对牙周炎病人菌斑指数（PLI）、牙周探诊深度（PD）以及静脉血和龈沟液中超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）的影响。方法：选取慢性牙周炎病人64例（病例组）和64名牙周健康者作为对照组，病例组给予牙周基础治疗，观察2组PLI、PD、附着丧失（AL）以及血清、龈沟液hs-CRP、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、IL-8水平。结果：治疗前后病例组PD、PLI和AL均明显高于对照组（P < 0.01）；病例组治疗后PD、PLI和AL均较治疗前明显下降（P < 0.01）。治疗前后血清及龈沟液IL-6、IL-8及hs-CRP均明显高于对照组（P < 0.01）；病例组治疗后血清及龈沟液IL-6、IL-8及hs-CRP均较治疗前显著下降（P < 0.01）。PD与血清及龈沟液IL-6、IL-8及hs-CRP呈正相关（P < 0.05），AL与血清及龈沟液IL-6、IL-8及hs-CRP呈正相关（P < 0.05）。结论：牙周基础治疗能有效改善牙周炎病人牙周情况以及炎症状态。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effects of periodontal basic treatment on plaque index(PLI),periodontal probing depth(PD) and expression levels of high sensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP) in serum and gingival crevicular fluid in patients with periodontitis.Methods: Sixty-four patients with chronic periodontitis and 64 healthy volunteers were divided into the case group and control group,respectively.The case group was treated with periodontal basic treatment.The PLI,PD,attachment loss(AL) and levels of hs-CRP,interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8) in serum and gingival crevicular fluid were observed in two groups.Results: Before and after treatment,the PD,PLI and AL in case group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).The PD,PLI and AL in case group after treatment significantly decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.01).Before and after treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and hs-CRP in serum and gingival crevicular fluid in case group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).The levels of IL-6,IL-8 and hs-CRP in serum and gingival crevicular fluid in case group after treatment significantly decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.01).The PD was positively correlated with the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and hs-CRP in serum and gingival crevicular fluid(P<0.05),and the AL was positively correlated with the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and hs-CRP in serum and gingival crevicular fluid(P<0.05).Conclusions: Periodontal basic treatment can effectively improve the periodontal and inflammatory status in patients with periodontitis.
