    体表测量确定PICC置管预置长度与体内理想位置的关系研究

    Study on the relationship between the pre-set catheter length measured by surface and ideal position in PICC

    • 摘要: 目的:通过探讨体表测量确定PICC置管预置长度与理想置管位置的相关性,为临床PICC置管提供一种较为准确的预置长度的计算方法。方法:132例行PICC置管的病人分为3组,A组为右径置管,预置长度为体表测量长度+3 cm;B、C 2组均为左径置管,B组预置长度为体表测量长度+3 cm,C组预置长度为体表测量长度+5 cm。依据X线摄片确定理想置管位置,分析左、右径预置长度与理想置管位置之间的相关性及线性回归关系。结果:A、C组PICC导管预置长度与理想置管长度均显著相关(P<0.01),并得出相应回归方程。结论:PICC置管体表测量确定预置长度与理想置管深度具有显著相关性。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To investigate the pre-set catheter length measured by surface and ideal position in peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC) for providing a more accurate method in determining the pre-set catheter length in clinic.Methods: One hundred and thirty-two patients treated with PICC were randomly divided into group A,B and C.Group A was treated with right-diameter pre-set catheter(the length for surface length plus 3 cm),group B was treated with left-diameter pre-set catheter(the length for surface length plus 3 cm),and group C was treated with left-diameter pre-set catheter(the length for surface length plus 5 cm).The ideal pre-set catheter position was determined using an X-ray film,and the correlation and linear regression relationship between the left-,right-diameter pre-set catheter length and ideal position in body were analyzed.Results: The pre-set catheter length of PICC in group A and C was significantly associated with the ideal catheter length(P<0.01),and the corresponding regression equation was draw.Conclusions: The pre-set catheter length measured by surface in PICC is significantly related to the ideal position.
