    临床医学学术学位硕士研究生培养现况调查——以安徽省为样本

    Survey on the training for academic degree postgraduate of clinical medicine-taking Anhui Province as a sample

    • 摘要: 目的:掌握临床医学学术学位硕士研究生培养现况,为培养方案的完善提供依据。方法:通过自编问卷对安徽省四所医学院校进行调查,采用描述性统计和logstic回归分析对调查结果进行分析。结果:学生对学术学位再次选择人数占34.80%。入学志愿、选择原因、导师补贴、实验设备、实验指导者、导师职业、导师课题等级、课题经费、指导次数、文献阅读量、参与课题数、论文与导师课题的相关性、就业心态和就业竞争力差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05~P<0.01)。学生选择学术学位的原因中"调剂,不想放弃学习机会,缓解就业压力"比"对科研的兴趣"的学生再次选择学术学位的可能性要小(P<0.01);设备的不完善和课题经费的不充足降低学生再次选择学术学位的可能性(P<0.05~P<0.01);实验指导中,与"导师"指导相比,"师兄师姐"指导或"无人指导"降低学生再次选择学术学位的可能性(P<0.05~P<0.01);导师每月合理的指导次数(3~5次)是学生再次选择学术学位的激励因素(P<0.05)。结论:建立健全科研基础设备、完善培养监督机制以及导师制度是保证培养环节有序进行的基础;学生对学术学位的认同度直接影响学生对学术学位的选择,提高学生对学术学位的认同度,认识学术学位的重要性是学科发展的始动力。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To investigate the training situation of academic degree postgraduate of clinical medicine,to provide the basis for the improvement of training plan.Methods:The postgraduates from four medical universities in Anhui Province were investigated using self-compiled questionnaire,and the result of which was analyzed using descriptive statistics and logistic regression.Results:The reselection rate of academic degree students was 34.80%.The differences of the admission volunteer,reasons of selection,subsidy of tutor,experimental equipment,experimental instructor,occupation of tutor,subject level of tutor,project funds,times of guidance,reading literature,number of projects involved,relevance of thesis and tutor's topic,employment mentality and employment competitiveness among the students were statistically significant(P<0.05 to P<0.01).The possibility of reselecting an academic degree in students with research interest was less than that in students with adjust,no giving up learning opportunity and relieving employment pressure(P<0.01).The imperfection of equipment and inadequate project funds could reduce the possibility of reselecting an academic degree(P<0.05 to P<0.01).Compared with tutors direction,the senior schoolmates direction or no directions could reduce the possibility of reselecting an academic degree(P<0.05 to P<0.01).A reasonable times of tutors direction(3 to 5 times) per month was the promoting factor of reselecting an academic degree(P<0.05).Conclusions:Improving the experimental equipment,mentor system and training supervisory mechanism are the basis of training.The recognition degree of students on academic degree can affect the choice of academic degree.Improving the recognition degree of students on the academic degree and its importance are the initial impetus of subject development.
