    Study of the correlation between the preoperative plasma level of glutathione peroxidase-6 and occurrence of postoperative atrial fibrillation after coronary artery bypass grafting

    • 摘要: 目的：探讨术前血浆谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶-6（GPX6）水平与冠状动脉旁路移植术（CABG）术后新发心房颤动（POAF）的相关性。方法：采用巢式病例对照设计，选取CABG术后新发POAF病人40例为POAF（+）组，无POAF病人40例为POAF（-）组，检测并比较2组病人术前血浆中GPX6水平，并采用多因素模型评价GPX6与POAF相关性，同时进行ROC分析GPX6对POAF的诊断价值。结果：POAF（+）组病人术前血浆GPX6水平显著高于POAF（-）组（P<0.01）；矫正相关变量后，GPX6仍是发生POAF的独立预测因素（OR=1.10，95%CI 1.01~1.19，P<0.05）；ROC分析显示，GPX6对POAF的曲线下面积为0.65（95%CI 0.53~0.77）。结论：CABG术后新发POAF病人术前血浆GPX6水平高于无POAF病人，GPX6是POAF的独立预测因素，对POAF的发生有一定的诊断价值。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To investigate the correlation between the preoperative plasma level of glutathione peroxidase-6(GPX6) and occurrence of postoperative atrial fibrillation(POAF) after coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG).Methods:Forty patients with POAF and 40 patients without POAF after CABG were divided into the POAF(+) group and POAF(-) group by nested case-control study.The plasma levels of GPX6 in two groups before operation were measured and compared.The correlation between GPX6 level and POAF was evaluated using multivariable analysis method,and the diagnostic value of GPX6 for POAF was evaluated using receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve analysis.Results:The plasma level of GPX6 in POAF(+) group was significantly higher than that in POAF(-) group(P<0.01).After some correlated variables were adjusted,the plasma level of GPX6 still was the independent predict factor of POAF(OR=1.10,95%CI 1.01 to 1.19,P<0.05).The ROC analysis demonstrated that the area under curve of GPX6 for POAF was 0.65(95%CI 0.53 to 0.77).Conclusions:The preoperative plasma level of GPX6 in patients with POAF after CABG is higher than that in patients without POAF,and GPX6 is an independent predict factor of POAF and has certain diagnostic value for POAF.
