Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze the flavonoids content in different extraction components from Laevigatae Rosae Fructus.
MethodsThe crude flavonoid was extracted from Rosae Laevigatae Fructus using 60% ethanol(v:v), and extracted using petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate and n-butanol.The five phases of petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate, n-butanol and water were obtained, the peak value of each phase was measured using HPLC-UV, and the peak of each phase was analyzed by HPLC-DAD.
ResultsThe low polar flavonoids mainly distributed in the chloroform phase, which accounted for 47.72% of the total flavonoids. The high polar flavonoids mainly distributed in the n-butanol phase, which accounted for 44.07% of the total flavonoids. The small amount of flavonoids in water phase was identified, which accounted for 9.17% of the total flavonoids. The very small amount of flavonoids in petroleum ether and ethyl acetate phases was found.
ConclusionsThe flavonoids of Laevigate Rosae Fructus mainly distributes in the phase of trichloromethane and n-butanol.
