    血浆网膜素-1水平和冠状动脉侧支循环的关系

    Relationship between the plasma level of omentin-1 and coronary collateral circulation

      目的分析血浆网膜素-1水平和冠状动脉侧支循环的关系。
      方法选取采用冠状动脉造影确诊的冠心病病人50例作为观察组,另选择同期冠状动脉造影正常的健康者50名作为对照组。比较2组病人的基本特征。运用酶联免疫吸附试验法检测所有研究对象的血浆网膜素-1表达水平。
      结果观察组的血浆网膜素-1水平低于对照组(P < 0.05);多因素logistic回归分析显示,血浆网膜素-1、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇及Gensini积分是引发冠脉侧支循环障碍的独立危险因素(P < 0.01)。
      结论血浆网膜素-1表达的降低和冠脉侧支循环障碍有相关性,能够对冠心病进一步的干预和治疗提供参考。

       

      Abstract:
      ObjectiveTo analyze the relationship between the plasmid level of omentin-1 and coronary collateral circulation.
      MethodsA total of 50 patients with coronary heart disease and 50 patients without coronary heart disease diagnosed by coronary angiography were divided into the observation group and control group, respectively.The basic characteristics between two groups were compared.The plasma levels of omentin-1 in two groups were detected using ELISA.
      ResultsThe plasma level of omentin-1 in observation group was lower than that in control group(P < 0.05).The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the plasma levels of omentin-1, total cholesterol, triacylglycerol and high density lipoprotein cholesferol, and Gensini score were the independent risk factors of coronary collateral circulation(P < 0.01).
      ConclusionsThe plasma level of omentin-1 decreasing is associated with coronary collateral circulation disorder, which can provide the reference for further intervention and treatment of coronary heart disease.
