构建健康交流平台在冠心病合并糖尿病病人行PCI术后应用效果

Application value of health communication platform in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus after percutaneous coronary intervention

目的构建健康交流平台，探讨其在冠心病合并糖尿病病人行经皮冠脉内支架植入术（PCI）术后应用效果。
方法选择冠心病合并糖尿病本人54例，根据不同时间段进行分组，2017年1月至2018年2月26例作为对照组，实施常规护理方法；2018年3月至2019年6月28例作为观察组，实施构建健康交流平台护理，分析2组生化指标、西雅图心绞痛量表（SAQ）评分以及心脏不良事件发生情况、6 min步行实验结果。
结果观察组SAQ评分均高于对照组（P < 0.01），心脏不良事件低于对照组（P < 0.05），6 min步行实验结果优于对照组（P < 0.01）。
结论构建健康交流平台在冠心病合并糖尿病病人行PCI术后应用效果显著，值得临床推广。

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo construct a health communication platform, and investigate its application value in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) complicated with diabetes mellitus after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).
MethodsFifty-four patients with CHD complicated with diabetes mellitus were divided the control group(26 cases from January 2017 to February 2018) and observation group(28 cases from March 2018 to June 2019).The control group and observation group were nursed with routine means and health communication platform, respectively.The biochemical indicators, Seattle angina scale(SAQ) score and incidence of adverse cardiac events and result of a six-minute walk were analyzed in two groups.
ResultsThe SAQ score in observation group was higher than that in control group(P < 0.01), the incidence rate of adverse cardiac events in observation group was lower than that in control group(P < 0.05), and the result of a six-minute walk in observation group was better than that in control group(P < 0.01).
ConclusionsThe application value of health communication platform in patients with CHD complicated with diabetes after PCI is significant, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
