Abstract:
ObjectiveTo construct a health communication platform, and investigate its application value in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) complicated with diabetes mellitus after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).
MethodsFifty-four patients with CHD complicated with diabetes mellitus were divided the control group(26 cases from January 2017 to February 2018) and observation group(28 cases from March 2018 to June 2019).The control group and observation group were nursed with routine means and health communication platform, respectively. The biochemical indicators, Seattle angina scale(SAQ) score and incidence of adverse cardiac events and result of a six-minute walk were analyzed in two groups.
ResultsThe SAQ score in observation group was higher than that in control group(P < 0.01), the incidence rate of adverse cardiac events in observation group was lower than that in control group(P < 0.05), and the result of a six-minute walk in observation group was better than that in control group(P < 0.01).
ConclusionsThe application value of health communication platform in patients with CHD complicated with diabetes after PCI is significant, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
