Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of long non-coding RNA-ROR(LncRNA-ROR) on the proliferation of colorectal cancer SW620 cells.
MethodsThe expression level of LncRNA-ROR in colorectal cancer tissue was detected using qRT-PCR, and the relationship between the expression level of LncRNA-ROR and clinicopathological data was analyzed. The lentiviral vector LV5-ROR was constructed, and transfected into the colorectal cancer SW620 cells and verified. The effects of LncRNA-ROR overexpression on the function and colony formation of SW620 cells were analyzed.
ResultsCompared with the normal tissue, the expression level of LncRNA-ROR was low in colorectal cancer tissue(P < 0.01), and its expression level was closely related to TNM stage(P < 0.05).After transfection, the expression level of LncRNA-ROR increasing in SW620 cells was identified by qRT-PCR, and its high expression led to the decreasing of proliferation function of SW620 cells(P < 0.01).
ConclusionsThe overexpression of LncRNA-ROR can inhibit the proliferation of SW620 cells.
