    医学生自我形象认知的调查及分析

    Investigation and analysis of self-image cognition in medical students

      目的探讨医学生自我形象认知的要素及现状，以期有针对性地提出相应的管理对策和建议，优化大学生自我形象认知教育。
      方法采用分层抽样方法，以调查问卷形式对某医学院校800名在校学生自我形象认知情况进行调查。
      结果医学生自我形象认知水平一般，不同性别、年级的学生自我形象认知评价存在差异（P < 0.05~P < 0.01）。男生在能力、知识修养方面的自我形象认知评价均高于女生（P < 0.01）；女生在外貌形体、服饰穿戴方面的自我形象认知评价均高于男生（P < 0.01）。大四学生知识修养、外貌形体和服饰穿戴方面的自我形象评价高于其他年级（P < 0.05~P < 0.01）。
      结论医学生对自我形象认知的评价处于一般水平，需采取相应措施，进一步加强自我形象认知教育，提升医学生自我形象。

       

      Abstract:
      ObjectiveTo explore the cognition factors and status of self-image cognition in medical students, and propose corresponding management strategies to optimize the self-image cognition education of students.
      MethodsThe self-image cognition status of 800 students from a medical college was investigated using questionnaire by stratified sampling method.
      ResultsThe self-image cognition level of medical students was ordinary, and the differences of the self-image cognition evaluation among different gender and grade students were statistically significant(P < 0.05 to P < 0.01).The self-image cognition evaluation of the ability and knowledge cultivation in boy students was higher than that in girl students(P < 0.01), the self-image cognition evaluation of the appearance and clothing in girl students was higher than that in boy students(P < 0.01), and the self-image cognition evaluation of the knowledge cultivation, appearance and clothing in senior students was higher than that in other grade students(P < 0.05 to P < 0.01).
      ConclusionsThe evaluation of self-image cognition is ordinary, it is urgent to take corresponding measures to strengthen self-image cognition education and improve the self-image of medical students.
