Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe the effects of electroacupuncture on the expression level of microRNA-133a in sepsis patients complicated with myocardial injury.
MethodsSixty sepsis patients complicated with myocardial injury were randomly divided into the electroacupuncture group and control group(30 cases in each group). Two groups were treated with routine method, and the electroacupuncture group were additionally treated with electroacupuncture for 7 d.The expression level of microRNA-133a, APACHE Ⅱ score, and levels of caspase-3, Bcl-2, TNF-α, IL-6, cTnT and LVEF in two groups were compared between before and after treatment.
ResultsAfter treatment, the obvious changes of the APACHEⅡscore, levels of microRNA-133a, caspase-3, Bcl-2, TNF-α, IL-6, cTnT and LVEF were found in two groups, and those in electroacupuncture group were significantly better than those in control group(P < 0.01).There were the linear relationships between microRNA-133a, and APACHEⅡscore, caspase-3, Bcl-2, TNF-α, IL-6 and cTnT.
ConclusionsThe effect of electroacupuncture in treating sepsis patients complicated with myocardial injury is good, and microRNA-133a can be used as an indicator in diagnosing sepsis complicated with myocardial injury.
