瓜蒌滴丸的化学指纹特征及4种成分的定量分析

    Study on the chemical fingerprint features and quantitative analysis of 4 components of Trichosanthis Fructus dropping pills

      目的研究瓜蒌滴丸的化学指纹特征及4种成分的定量分析方法。
      方法采用HPLC-PDAD法建立10批瓜蒌滴丸的化学指纹图谱,采用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统计算瓜蒌滴丸的相似度;采用标准曲线法对瓜蒌滴丸中尿嘧啶、次黄嘌呤、鸟苷、腺苷进行定量分析。
      结果10批瓜蒌滴丸的相似度为0.99(Mark峰匹配)和0.97(全谱峰匹配)。瓜蒌滴丸中尿嘧啶、次黄嘌呤、鸟苷、腺苷的含量分别为0.06%、0.03%、0.11%、0.17%,该方法的精密度、稳定性、重复性和加样回收率的RSD最高值分别为2.24%、3.55%、4.23%和4.44%,可满足分析要求。
      结论建立了瓜蒌滴丸的化学指纹特征及4种成分的定量分析方法,可用于瓜蒌滴丸的质量控制。

       

      Abstract:
      ObjectiveTo study on the chemical fingerprint characteristics of Trichosanthis Fructus dropping pills, and quantitative analysis of 4 components.
      MethodsThe chemical fingerprints of 10 batches of Trichosanthis Fructus dropping pills were established by HPLC-PDAD, and the similarity of Trichosanthis Fructus dropping pills was calculated using the similarity evaluation system of chromatographic fingerprint of TCM.The contents of uracil, hypoxanthine, guanosine and adenosine in Trichosanthis Fructus dropping pills were quantitatively analyzed using the standard curve method.
      ResultsThe similarity of 10 batches of Trichosanthis Fructus dropping pills were 0.99(Mark peak matching) and 0.97(full spectrum peak matching).The contents of uracil, hypoxanthine, guanosine and adenosine in Trichosanthis Fructus dropping pills were 0.06%, 0.03%, 0.11% and 0.17%, respectively.The maximum RSD values of precision, stability, repeatability and sample recovery rate were 2.24%, 3.55%, 4.23% and 4.44%, respectively, which could meet the requirements of analysis.
      ConclusionThe established analysis methods of the chemical fingerprint features and quantitative analysis of 4 components of Trichosanthis Fructus dropping pills can be used in the quality control of Trichosanthis Fructus dropping pills.
