Abstract:
Objective To investigate the present situation of humanistic care quality of critical care nurses, and analyze the influencing factors to provide the reference for improving the humanistic care quality of nurses.
Methods A total of 184 nurses from critical care department were investigate using the quality scale of Nurses' Humanistic Care.
Results The average score of the humanistic care quality of nurses was (118.46±13.20), and the scoring rate was 81.7%.The results of univariate analysis showed that the differences of the scores of the humanistic care quality of nurses with different age, nursing age, professional title, position, degree of concern of colleagues and whether or not to receive humanistic care training were statistically significant(P < 0.01).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the age, care degree of colleagues and humanistic care training were the independent influencing factor of humanistic care quality of critical care nurses(P < 0.05 to P < 0.01).
Conclusions The quality of humanistic care of critical care nurses is at the medium level, which is mainly reflected in the deficiency of humanistic care ability.The humanistic care courses should be added to the training of critical care nurses, and the cultivation of humanistic care quality should be emphasized.Nursing managers should provide nurses with harmonious, loving and humanistic working environment.
