Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the rehabilitation effects and feasibility of unarmed shock therapy combined with acupuncture exercise in the treatment of periarthritis humeroscapularis.
MethodsAccording to the different treatment methods, 60 patients with periarthritis humeroscapularis were randomly divided into the observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with unarmed shock therapy combined with acupuncture exercise, and the control group was treated with acupuncture exercise. The two effect indexes in two groups were analyzed using the simple McGill pain questionnaire(SF-MPQ) scale and shoulder joint activity Function(Melle) scale.
ResultsThe curative effect in observation group was better than that in control group(P < 0.01).The total score of SF-MPQ indexes and Melle score in two groups before treatment were higher than those after treatment(P < 0.01).Before treatment, there was no statistical significance in the total score of SF-MPQ indexes and Melle score between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, there was no statistical significance in the PRI emotional item of SF-MPQ between two groups(P>0.05), and other indicators and total score of SF-MPQ, and Melle score in control group were higher than those in observation group(P < 0.05).
ConclusionsUnarmed shock therapy combined with acupuncture exercise can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of periarthritis humeroscapularis, which is worth popularizing.
