某地全科医师规范化培训学员工作满意度调查

    Investigation on job satisfaction of standardized training students of general practitioners in one place

      目的调查某地全科医师规范化培训学员的工作满意度情况,为更好地制定全科医生规范化培训方案和相关政策提供依据。
      方法将某地3所规范化培训基地作为研究现场,使用自编《一般人口学问卷》和《短式明尼苏达满意度量表》(短式MSQ),采用便利抽样的方法,调查对象以自愿原则和匿名方式在网络平台进行自填式问卷调查,回收有效问卷172份。
      结果全科医师规范化培训学员对工资的满意情况,“非常满意”“满意”及“基本满意”者合计占比23.9%。全科医师规范化培训学员对政策的了解情况,“很了解”及“了解”者占比合计为77.4%;对政策的满意情况,“非常满意”和“满意”者合计占比为37.2%。全科医师规范化培训结束后“非常愿意”和“愿意”去基层就业者合计占比为39.5%;全科医师规范化培训学员家人对于其去基层就业“非常支持”和“比较支持”者合计占比54.6%。全科医师规范化培训学员家人“非常支持”其去基层就业者,学员的工作总体满意度、内部满意度和外部满意度得分均高于其他组(P < 0.01)。
      结论全科医师规范化培训学员对培训期间的工资和政策的满意度较低,对于规范化培训结束后去基层就业的意愿较低;全科医师规范化培训学员家人对学员去基层就业越支持,学员的工作满意度也越高。

       

      Abstract:
      ObjectiveTo investigate the current situation of standardized training for general practitioners in a certain area, to understand and analyze their job satisfaction, and to provide basis for better formulation of standardized training programs and related policies for general practitioners.
      MethodsThree standardized training bases in a certain place were used as the research site, and the self-made General Demography questionnaire and the short Minnesota satisfaction scale (MSQ) were used, and the convenient sampling method was used.Self-filling questionnaire was conducted on the internet platform by voluntary principle and anonymity.
      ResultsThe satisfaction of general practitioners to the wages was 76.1% of the total "dissatisfied" and "very dissatisfied".The satisfaction of general practitioners to the policy was 77.4% of the "very familiar" and "knowledgeable"; The total proportion of "very satisfied" and "satisfied" was 37.2%."Very willing" and "willing" to go to basic level employment after the end of general practitioners' regulation training, and the total proportion of those who were "very satisfied" and "satisfied" was 39.5%;and family support was 54.6% of "very supportive" and "more support".General practitioners family support was "very supportive", the scores of total job satisfaction, internal satisfaction and external satisfaction were significantly higher than those of other groups (P < 0.01).The scores of overall job satisfaction, internal satisfaction and external satisfaction were significantly higher in general practitioners who were "very satisfied" with the policy (P < 0.01), and were significantly higher than those in other groups (P < 0.01), and were tested by LSD.Very satisfied >dissatisfied >very dissatisfied.
      Conclusionsthe general practitioners' satisfaction with salary and policy is low, and their willingness to go to the grass-roots level is lower, and the degree of family support is lower.General Practitioners who were very satisfied with the policy, and those with higher family support scored higher satisfaction.
