Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the status of Hope level and influencing factors of hospitalization patients with primary liver cancer.
MethodsThe hope level and general condition of hospitalized patients with primary liver cancer were investigated using the Herth hope index(HHI) and author's self-contained general condition questionnaire.
ResultsThe overall hope level score of inpatients with primary liver cancer was (37.99±4.51), and the average score of which was above the upper middle level; the hope level of different age, gender, education level, marital status, working status, monthly income per household, medical payment method and diagnosis informed patients were different(P < 0.05 to P < 0.01).The patients' age, education level, family per capita monthly income were significantly correlated the hope levels(P < 0.05 to P < 0.01).
ConclusionsThe hope level of hospitalized patients with primary liver cancer is at a medium-high level.Medical staff should actively take targeted measures to improve the level of hope of patients with primary liver cancer.
