Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze the effects of the hierarchical care scheme based on need theory on hemodialysis patients.
MethodsOne hundred and twenty patients treated with hemodialysis were divided into the study group and control group according to number table method(60 cases in each group).The control group was given the hierarchical nursing intervention, and the study group was given the hierarchical nursing intervention based on the need theory.The psychological status, quality of life, nursing satisfaction and incidence rate of complications were compared between two groups.
ResultsAfter nursing intervention, the scores of social relations, environment, physiology and psychology in study group were significantly higher than those in control group(P < 0.05).The anxiety and depression scores in study group were significantly higher than those in ontrol group(P < 0.01).The incidence rate of complications in study group was significantly lower than that in control group(P < 0.05), and the nursing satisfaction in study group was significantly better than that in control group(P < 0.05).
ConclusionsThe hierarchical care scheme based on need theory can significantly improve the quality of life and psychological state of patients, reduce the occurrence of complications, and improve the patient's nursing satisfaction.
