冠心病病人血清亲环素A与冠状动脉病变程度的关系

    Relationship between the serum level of cyclophilin A and severity of coronary artery disease in patients with coronary heart disease

      目的探讨血清亲环素A(cyclophilin A,CyPA)水平与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(coronary heart disease,CHD)病人冠状动脉病变程度的关系。
      方法选取经冠状动脉造影后确诊为CHD的病人121例,根据冠脉造影结果分为单支病变组、双支病变组、多支病变组,根据Gensini积分分为轻度(Gensini积分≤30分)病变组、中度(Gensini积分30~60分)病变组、重度(Gensini积分≥60分)病变组。检测并比较各组CyPA、金属基质蛋酶9(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平。
      结果随着冠状动脉病变支数增加,CHD病人的CyPA、MMP-9和CRP水平也随之升高(P < 0.05);随着冠状动脉病变Gensini积分增长,CHD病人的CyPA、MMP-9和CRP水平也随之升高(P < 0.05)。CHD病人血清CyPA与MMP-9、CRP和Gensini冠脉病变积分正相关。
      结论CHD病人冠状动脉病变支数越多,冠脉病变Gensini积分越高,CyPA水平亦随之增高,CyPA在一定程度上能间接反映冠脉病变的严重程度,其机制可能是参与了炎症反应。

       

      Abstract:
      ObjectiveTo study the relationship between the serum level of cyclophilin A(CyPA) and severity of coronary artery disease in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).
      MethodsA total of 121 patients with CHD diagnosed by coronary angiography were divided into the single-vessel lesion group, double-vessel lesion group and multiple-vessel lesion group according to the results of coronary angiography, and the patients were divided into the mild lesion group(Gensini score ≤ 30 points), moderate lesion group(Gensini score 30-60 points) and severe lesion group(Gensini score ≥ 60 points) according to the Gensini score.The serum levels of CyPA, matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) and C-reactive protein(CRP) among three groups were compared.
      ResultsWith the increasing of the number of coronary artery lesion, the levels of CyPA, MMP-9 and CRP in CHD patients increased(P < 0.05).With the increasing of Gensini score in coronary artery disease, the levels of CyPA, MMP-9 and CRP in CHD patients increased(P < 0.05).The serum level of CyPA was positively correlated with the MMP-9, CRP and Gensini coronary lesion score in CHD patients.
      ConclusionsThe more the number of coronary lesion and higher the Gensini score of coronary lesions in CHD patient, the higher the CyPA level is.The CyPA can indirectly reflect the severity of coronary artery disease to some extent, and its mechanism may be involved in inflammatory response.
