Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the narrative nursing combined with mindfulness based stress reduction intervention on Chinese perceived stress scale(CPSS) score, Memorial University of Newfoundland scale of happiness(MUNSH) score and quality of life in patients with chronic hepatitis B.
MethodsNinety-eight patients with chronic hepatitis B were divided into the control group(n=49) and nursing group(n=49) according to the random number table method, and the control group and nursing group were intervened with conventional nursing and narrative nursing combined with mindfulness-based stress reduction intervention based on the conventional nursing, respectively.The CPSS score, MUNSH score and quality of life were compared between two groups.
ResultsAfter nursing, the CPSS scores in two groups were lower than that before nursing(P < 0.01), and the CPSS score in nursing group was lower than that in control group(P < 0.01).After nursing, the each factor score and total score of MUNSH in nursing group were improved compared with those before nursing(P < 0.01), the negative factor score and total score in control group were improved compared with those before nursing(P < 0.01), and the each factor score and total score of MUNSH in nursing group were better than those in control group(P < 0.01).After nursing, the scores of WHO quality of life-BREF in two groups were higher than those before nursing(P < 0.05 to P < 0.01), and which in nursing group was higher than that in control group(P < 0.01).
ConclusionsThe narrative nursing combined with mindfulness-based stress reduction intervention can significantly reduce the psychological pressure, improve the subjective happiness, and effectively improve the quality of life of patients with chronic hepatitis B.
