Abstract:
ObjectiveTo construct an evaluation index system for perioperative nursing quality of gastric cancer based on enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS), so as to provide reference for evaluating the perioperative nursing quality of gastric cancer.
MethodsBased on the three-dimensional quality structure model, the first draft of the indicator system was drawn up on the basis of literature review and semi-structured interviews. The Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert letter inquiries.
ResultsThe effective recovery rates of the two rounds of questionnaires were 92% and 100%, the expert authority coefficients(Cr) were 0.866 and 0.874 respectively, and the Kendall coordination coefficient were 0.367 and 0.416 respectively(P < 0.01).The consistency test of each index weight showed that the coefficient of variation(CV) was < 25%, indicating good consistency. The final index system formed included 3 first-level indicators, 16 second-level indicators, and 33 three-level indicators.
ConclusionsThe constructed evaluation index system for perioperative nursing quality of gastric cancer based on the concept of ERAS is scientific and reasonable, close to the clinic, and has special characteristics. It can effectively standardize the behavior of nurses and evaluate the perioperative nursing quality of gastric cancer.
