    安徽省本科护生护理信息能力现状及影响因素研究

    Current situation and influencing factors of nursing informatics competency of undergraduate nursing students in Anhui province

    • 摘要:
      目的调查安徽省本科护生护理信息能力现状及其影响因素,为护理信息能力的培养提供依据。
      方法采用护理信息能力量表及护理信息能力培训需求问卷对安徽省1 488名护理本科生进行问卷调查。
      结果安徽省本科护生的护理信息能力得分为(113.90±22.48)分,不同生源地、年级、就读学校类型、实习时间、是否为独生子女、是否有直系亲属从医、是否学习过计算机相关知识和技能、是否担任过学生干部及不同护理信息能力需求的本科护生护理信息能力得分差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05~P < 0.01)。
      结论安徽省本科护生的护理信息能力需求处于较高水平,护理信息能力仍有待提高,建议针对本科护生构建与临床需求结合的护理信息能力培养方案,逐步提高护生的护理信息能力。

       

      Abstract:
      ObjectiveTo investigate the current situation and influencing factors of nursing informatics competency among undergraduate nursing students in Anhui province, and to provide basis for the cultivation of nursing informatics competency.
      MethodsNursing informatics competency scale (NICS) was used to investigate 1 488 postgraduate nursing students in Anhui province.
      ResultsThe score of nursing informatics competency of undergraduates in Anhui province was(113.90±22.48) points.There were statistically significant differences in the scores of nursing information ability of undergraduate nursing students with different places of origin, grades, school types, internship time, whether they were the only child, whether they had immediate family members working in medicine, whether they have learned computer related knowledge and skills, whether they have served as student leaders, and different needs of nursing information ability(P < 0.05 to P < 0.01).
      ConclusionsThe demand of nursing informatics competency among undergraduate nursing students in Anhui province is at a high level and needs to be improved.It is urgent to propose a training program about nursing informatics competency combining students' and clinical needs, and improve the ability of students.
