    目标导向教学联合课程思政在外科学临床实习教学中的应用效果

    Application effect of goal-oriented teaching combined with course-based ideological and political education in clinical practice teaching of surgery

      目的探讨目标导向教学联合课程思政在外科学临床实习教学中的应用效果。
      方法选取某三甲医院外科学临床实习的60名学生,按照随机数字表为观察组与对照组,各30名。对照组采用传统教学法,观察组采用目标导向教学联合课程思政。比较2组临床实习生理论成绩、临床技能成绩、教学满意度以及批判性思维能力。
      结果观察组临床实习生理论成绩、临床技能成绩、教学满意度及批判性思维能力均明显优于对照组(P < 0.01)。
      结论采用目标导向教学联合课程思政对于提高师生互动和教学目标实现具有重要的价值,不仅可以提高临床实习生学习的趣味性,并通过潜移默化的作用提高临床实习生的人文素养和批判性思维能力,值得进一步深入研究和推广。

       

      Abstract:
      ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of goal-oriented teaching combined with course-based ideological and political education in clinical practice teaching of surgery.
      MethodsSixty students in clinical practice of surgery in a tertiary grade A hospital were selected, and divided into the observation group and control group according to the random number table, with 30 students in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method, while the observation group adopted goal-oriented teaching combined with course-based ideological and political education.The theoretical achievement, clinical skill achievement, teaching satisfaction and critical thinking ability of clinical interns between the two groups were compared.
      ResultsThe theoretical achievement, clinical skill achievement, teaching satisfaction and critical thinking ability of clinical interns in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.01).
      ConclusionsThe method of goal-oriented teaching combined with course-based ideological and political education is of great value in improving the interaction between teachers and students and the realization of teaching goals.It can not only improve the learning interest of clinical interns, but also improve their humanistic quality and critical thinking ability through imperceptible influence, which is worth further research and promotion.
