Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of goal-oriented teaching combined with course-based ideological and political education in clinical practice teaching of surgery.
MethodsSixty students in clinical practice of surgery in a tertiary grade A hospital were selected, and divided into the observation group and control group according to the random number table, with 30 students in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method, while the observation group adopted goal-oriented teaching combined with course-based ideological and political education.The theoretical achievement, clinical skill achievement, teaching satisfaction and critical thinking ability of clinical interns between the two groups were compared.
ResultsThe theoretical achievement, clinical skill achievement, teaching satisfaction and critical thinking ability of clinical interns in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.01).
ConclusionsThe method of goal-oriented teaching combined with course-based ideological and political education is of great value in improving the interaction between teachers and students and the realization of teaching goals.It can not only improve the learning interest of clinical interns, but also improve their humanistic quality and critical thinking ability through imperceptible influence, which is worth further research and promotion.
