Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe the frequency of sister-chromatid exchange(SCE)in peripheral blood lymphocytes of women with spontaneous abortion, and analyze the relationship between SCE and spontaneous abortion.
MethodsOne hundred and seventeen women with spontaneous abortion and fifty normal reproductive healthy women were divided into the observation group and control group, respectively. The peripheral blood lymphocytes were detected by SCE method to count the frequency of SCE.
ResultsThe SCE frequency in observation group and control group were(8.04±2.30)and(6.43±1.50), respectively. The difference of SCE frequency between two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.01).
ConclusionsThe female spontaneous abortion may be related to the abnormal frequency of SCE.
