Abstract:
ObjectiveTo evaluate the diagnostic and staging value of multimodal MRI imaging based on FIGO2018 staging criteria for cervical cancer.
MethodsThe data of 60 cases of cervical cancer patients were retrospectively analyzed, and the accuracy and consistency of diagnosis and staging of multimodal MRI were compared with that of conventional sequential MRI and clinicopathological staging.
ResultsMultimodal MRI was superior to conventional MRI in diagnosing cervical matrix integrity and cervical canal enlargement (P<0.01).The preoperative MRI staging was in line with clinicopathological staging (Kappa value=0.773,P<0.01).
ConclusionsMultimodal MRI has high accuracy in the diagnosis and staging of cervical cancer.
