Abstract:
Objective To explore the imaging of scintigraphy of CGRRAGGSC labeled with 99Tcm in nude mice with non-small cell lung cancer.
Methods The DTPA-CGRRAGGSC was labeled with 99Tcm, and the labeling rate and stability were measured. The mice model with non-small cell lung cancer were established. The markers were injected into the tail vein of the tumor-bearing mice, the SPECT static imaging was performed after 2 hours, and the ratio of target to non-target(T/NT) was calculated.
Results The 99Tcm-DTPA-CGRRAGGSC was successfully radiolabeled, and the radiochemical purity of which was above 90% when it was placed in PBS and human serum at 37 ℃ for 6 h.The T/NT ratio was as high as 3.5 after 2 hours of injection of the marker through the tail vein of tumor-bearing mice.
Conclusions The 99Tcm-labeled DTPA-CGRRAGGSC is easy to be prepared, and it has high targeting to nude mice with non-small cell cancer.99Tcm-DTPA-CGRRAGGSC may play an important role in molecular imaging of non-small cell lung cancer with high expression of IL-11Rα.
