Abstract:
Objective To investigate the application value of superb microvascular imaging(SMI) combined with coaxial needle in puncture biopsy guided by ultrasound of liver space-occupying lesions.
Methods The clinical data of 144 patients treated with puncture were biopsy guided by ultrasound of liver space-occupying lesions were retrospectively analyzed. All patients received surgical treatment, and were divided into the SMI+coaxial needle were group, which received SMI combined with coaxial needle puncture biopsy of hepatic space occupying lesions, and single needle group, which received the single needle puncture biopsy of live space-occupying lesions. The relevant data of sampling process, puncture pathological results and surgical pathological results were recorded and analyzed, and the application value of SMI combined with coaxial needle in ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy of liver space-occupying lesions was evaluated.
Results The sampling time(ST), puncture frequency(PF), postoperative pain incidence and numerical pain rating scale(NRS) score in the SMI+coaxial needle group were lower than those in single needle group, but the diagnostic accuracy, detection rate of malignant liver lesions and mean specimen length(MSL) in the SMI+coaxial needle group were better than those in single nedle group(P < 0.05). The differences of the sampling frequency(SF), specimen effective rate(SER) and postoperative subcapsular hemorrhage between two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).
Conclusions The SMI combined with coaxial needle in ultrasound-guided biopsy of liver space-occupying lesions has the advantage of multiple sampling points at one puncture, which can reduce the number of puncture times, shorten the sampling time, increase the average specimen length, diagnostic accuracy and detection rate of malign ant liver lesions, reduce the incidence of pain and pain NRS score, and has a good clinical application prospect.
