教育生态理念下流行病学生态课堂的构建及效果评价

    The construction and effectiveness evaluation of the Epidemiology ecological classroom under the concept of educational ecology

      目的 从教育生态学的角度,构建流行病学生态课堂,并对其教学效果进行评价。
      方法 选取蚌埠医科大学2020级和2019级五年制预防专业的学生,分别作为实验班(95人)和对照班(92人)。实验班采用生态课堂的教学模式,不断创新教学方法、优化教学环境、整合教学资源,将教师、学生和环境看作是一个生态系统,对照组以传统式“讲授法”教学模式为主,教学完成后对2个班级分别进行教学效果评价。
      结果 实验班对教学模式满意度高于对照班,对照班学生认为流行病学课程更难,而实验班学生认为学习目标实践导向更明确,教学活动的参与度也更高,对教学环境和教学资源的支持度也更满意。2个班级学生经过流行病学教学后,科研能力、创新思维能力、主题报告能力、科研论文写作能力、社区交流能力、团队合作能力等方面均得到提高,实验班级提高程度优于对照班级(P<0.05~P<0.01)。
      结论 构建流行病学生态课堂可以提高流行病学的教学效果,培养学生实践和创新能力,促进教育改革的深入发展。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To construct the ecological classroom of epidemiology from the perspective of educational ecology, and evaluate its teaching effects.
      Methods Students majoring in five-year prevention in grade 2020 and grade 2019 of Bengbu Medical University were selected as experimental class(95 students) and control class(92 students), respectively.The experimental class adopted the teaching mode of ecological classroom, constantly innovated teaching methods, optimized teaching environment and integrated teaching resources, and regarded teachers, students and the environment as an ecosystem.The control group mainly adopted the traditional teaching mode of "teaching method".The teaching effects in two classes were evaluated after the teaching was completed.
      Results The satisfaction with the teaching mode in the experimental class was higher than that in control class, the control class thought that the epidemiology course was more difficult, while the experimental class thought that the learning goal was more oriented to practice, the participation in teaching activities was higher, and the support degree of teaching environment and teaching resources was more satisfied.After epidemiology teaching, the scientific research ability, innovative thinking ability, topic reporting ability, scientific research paper writing ability, community communication ability and teamwork ability in two classes were improved.The improvement degree in the experimental class was better than that in control class(P < 0.05 to P < 0.01).
      Conclusions The construction of epidemiology ecology classroom can improve the teaching effects of epidemiology, cultivate students' practice and innovation ability, and promote the in-depth development of education reform.
