Abstract:
Objective: To explore the application value of medical care combined with Internet plus+continuing care health education in the continuing care of early premterm infants.
Methods: Eighty early preterm infants hospitalized in NICU were selected as the study subjects, and were divided into the observation group and control group according to hospitalization time(40 cases in each group). The control group was given the routine nursing method. On the basis of routine nursing, the observation group was given the medical care combined with Internet plus+continuing care health education. The catch up rate of body mass at discharge,1,3 and 6 months after discharge, rate of re-hospitalization,compliance rate of outpatient visit, incidence of red buttock and umbilical cord infection within 1 month after discharge, basic nursing skills, and related knowledge mastery and satisfaction of parents of sick children at discharge were compared between two groups.
Results: The catch up rate of body mass in the observation group at 3 months and 6 months after discharge was higher than that in control group(
P<0.05 and
P<0.01).The readmission rate and complication rate of preterm infants in the observation group were lower than those in control group(
P<0.05),and the outpatient return rate in the observation group was higher than that in control group(
P<0.05).The basic nursing skills and related knowledge mastery of parents of sick children in the observation group were significantly better than those in control group(
P<0.01).
Conclusions: The application of medical care combined with Internet plus + continuing care in the continuous care of early preterm infants can promote the catch up rate of body mass, reduce the incidence of complications and rate of re-hospitalization within 1 month, improve the compliance of children's parents to the outpatient visit on time, master the basic nursing skills and related knowledge of children, and improve the satisfaction of children's parents to the hospital.
