五育并举视域下医学院校学生综合素质评价指标体系构建

    Construction of the comprehensive quality evaluation index system of medical college students from the perspective of simultaneous development of five educations

    • 摘要: 目的: 构建五育并举视域下医学院校学生综合素质评价指标体系,深化新时代大学生评价改革,提高医学院校人才培养能力。方法: 采用德尔菲法确定医学生综合素质评价指标体系,层次分析法计算各级指标权重。结果: 构建5个一级指标,16个二级指标和29个三级指标的五育并举视域下医学院校学生综合素质评价指标体系;德尔菲法结果显示,专家的积极系数和权威系数较高、意见集中程度和协调程度较高,咨询结果可用;指标体系权重结果显示,5个一级指标权重排前两位是智(0.376)、德(0.268),16个二级指标权重排前五位是专业知识(0.164)、劳动实践能力(0.143)、思想觉悟(0.123)、道德品质(0.123)和创新思维(0.117)。结论: 本研究构建了医学生综合素质评价指标体系,可作为医学院校学生综合素质评价标准和依据。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To construct a comprehensive quality evaluation index system for medical students in medical schools from the perspective of simultaneous development of five educations,deepen the evaluation reform of college students in the new era,and improve the talent cultivation ability of medical colleges. Methods: The index system of comprehensive quality evaluation of medical students was determined by Delphi method,and the weights of indexes were calculated by analytic hierarchy process. Results: A comprehensive quality evaluation index system for medical college students was constructed from the perspective of five education simultaneously,which included 5 primary indicators,16 secondary indicators and 29 tertiary indicators.The results of Delphi method method show that the positive coefficient and authority coefficient of experts were high,the degree of opinion concentration and coordination were high,and the consultation results were available.The weight results of the index system show that the top two weights of the five first-level indicators were " intelligence(0.376)" and " morality(0.268)".The top five of the 16 secondary index weights were "professional knowledge(0.164)","labor practice ability(0.143)","ideological consciousness(0.123)","moral character(0.123)" and "innovative thinking(0.117)". Conclusions: The comprehensive quality evaluation index system for medical students is constructed,which can serve as a standard and basis for evaluating the comprehensive quality of medical college students.
