智能手术直播联合PBL教学法在耳鼻咽喉科学研究生教育中的应用

    Application value of live intelligent surgery combined with PBL teaching method in otorhinolaryngology graduate education

    • 摘要: 目的: 探索智能手术直播联合PBL教学法在耳鼻咽科学研究生教育中的应用价值。方法: 选取耳鼻咽喉科学专业研究生74人,随机分为观察组和对照组,各37人。对照组采用常规教学模式,观察组采用智能手术直播联合PBL教学法。教学结束进行基础理论知识、临床病例分析和技能操作考核,并进行满意度调查。结果: 观察组学生考核成绩总分、病例分析成绩和技能操作成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),2组学生理论考核成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,观察组学生理论知识理解更加深刻、临床技能提升、学习兴趣提升、临床思维提升、医患沟通能力提升、自学能力提升、师生互动更加频繁以及喜欢现在的教学方式得分均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组学生学习满意度为 94.59%(35/37),明显高于对照组的72.97%(27/37)(P<0.01)。结论: 智能手术直播联合PBL教学模式可以有效提高耳鼻咽喉科学研究生临床综合能力,值得在耳鼻咽喉科学教学中进一步推广。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To explore the application value of live intelligent surgery combined with PBL teaching method in otorhinolaryngology graduate education. Methods: A total of 74 professional graduate students of otorhinolaryngology were randomly divided into the observation group and control group(37 students in each group).The control group was taught with traditional teaching model,and the observation group was taught with live intelligent surgery combined with PBL teaching method.At the end of the teaching,the basic theoretical knowledge,clinical case analysis,skill operation assessment and satisfaction were investigated in two groups. Results: The total score,case analysis score and skill operation score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01),and there was no statistical significance in theoretical assessment score between two groups(P>0.05).The results of the questionnaire survey showed that the scores of the theoretical knowledge understanding,clinical skills,learning interest,clinical thinking,doctor-patient communication ability,self-learning ability,teacher-student interaction and love of current teaching method in the observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).The learning satisfaction of the observation group was 94.59%(35/37),which was significantly higher than that of control group(72.97%)(27/31)(P<0.01). Conclusions: Live intelligent surgery combined with PBL teaching method can effectively improve the clinical comprehensive ability of otorhinolaryngology graduate students,and it is worth further promoting in otorhinolaryngology teaching.
