Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effects of "one disease, one product" nursing mode on the psychological status and quality of life of rectal cancer patients after enterostomy.
Methods: A total of 118 patients with enterostomy were randomly divided into the observation group and control group(59 cases in each group). The control group was given the routine nursing and health education, while the observation group was given the "one disease, one product" nursing mode on the basis of the control group. The psychological status and quality of life of the patients were evaluated using the self rating anxiety and depression scale and quality of life questionnaire on the day of discharge and 3 months after discharge.
Results: The anxiety and depression score in the observation group on the day of discharge was lower than that of control group(
P<0.01),and there was no statistical significance in the quality of life score between two groups(
P>0.05).The anxiety and depression score in the observation group at 3 months after discharge was lower than that in control group(
P<0.01),and the quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in control group(
P<0.05 to
P<0.01).
Conclusions: "One disease, one product" specialized nursing mode can alleviate the anxiety and depression caused by the indwelling stoma, and improve the quality of life of patients.
