Abstract:
Objective To explore the anesthetic nursing effect of "Internet +" health education on day-case surgery patients.
Methods A total of 62 patients undergoing day-case surgery were selected and divided into an observation group (n=31) and a control group (n=31) by random number table method. The control group received routine anesthesia nursing health education, and the observation group received anesthesia nursing health education through Internet tools. The health knowledge awareness, anxiety score before and after intervention, discharge readiness score, and satisfaction with anesthesia nursing were compared between the two groups.
Results Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in anesthesia nursing health knowledge awareness scores between the two groups (P>0.05);after intervention, the anesthesia nursing health knowledge awareness scores in the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention, and which in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group (P < 0.01).Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in anxiety scores between the two groups (P>0.05);after intervention, the anxiety scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those before intervention and those in the control group (P < 0.01).The satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 100.0%, which was higher than that of 80.6% in the control group (P < 0.05).The postanesthesia discharge score in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusions "Internet +" health education has high application value for day-case surgery patients, effectively improves patients′ health awareness of postoperative anesthesia nursing, reduces anxiety, improves patient′s satisfaction with postoperative anesthesia nursing and discharge score, and helps patients recover quickly.
