Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation forward nursing scheme in postoperative recovery of patients with mixed hemorrhoids.
Methods A total of 80 postoperative patients with mixed hemorrhoids were selected as study subjects using convenience sampling method and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing after mixed hemorrhoid operation, while the observation group was treated with rehabilitation forward nursing scheme. The postoperative recovery indicators, comfort status, and self-management ability were compared between the two groups.
Results On postoperative day 4 and day 7, the wound edema, bleeding score level, and pain score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05 to P < 0.01).Postoperative defecation time and wound healing time in observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.01 and P < 0.05).At discharge and one month after intervention, the comfort status, each dimension of self-management ability and total score in the two groups were significantly improved compared with before intervention (P < 0.01), and which in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05 to P < 0.01).
Conclusions The rehabilitation forward nursing scheme can help improve patients′ rehabilitation efficiency, comfort status, and self-management ability of disease, and has positive effects on the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with mixed hemorrhoids.
