立德树人视域下医学人文-思政元素融入心血管内科住院医师规范化培训中的探索与实践

    Exploration and practice of integrating medical humanities and ideological and political elements into the standardized training for resident physicians of cardiovascular medicine department under the perspective of cultivating virtue and nurturing talent

      目的 探讨立德树人视域下心血管内科住院医师规范化培训中融入医学人文-思政元素的实践效果。
      方法 选择蚌埠医科大学第一附属医院2022年5月至2023年8月在心血管内科轮转的住院医师规范化培训的100名学员,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组50名。对照组进行常规教学; 观察组在常规教学基础上,深入挖掘心脏疾病相关的人文和思政元素并融入教学全过程。用规培学员的出科考试成绩、人文素质评价表评分以及学员的主观认知感受进行评价。
      结果 观察组学员在心血管内科轮转后出科理论、技能考试成绩、人文素质评价的评分均高于对照组(P < 0.01)。观察组学员在提升职业认同、医德医风、临床能力、沟通技巧、家国情怀方面的感受上均优于对照组学员(P < 0.05)。
      结论 立德树人视域下强化医学人文-思政元素融入心血管内科的住院医师规范化培训中,可以提高规培学员的思想境界,激发学习热情,提升临床综合能力,培养德才兼备的社会主义优秀医师。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To explore the practical effect of integrating medical humanities and ideological and political elements into the standardized training for resident physicians of cardiovascular medicine department under the perspective of cultivating virtue and nurturing talents.
      Methods One hundred trainees who were rotating in the department of cardiovascular medicine of The First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University for standardized training from May 2022 to August 2023 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 50 trainees in each group.The control group received routine teaching.The observation group, on the basis of routine teaching, deeply explored the humanities and ideological and political elements related to heart diseases and integrated them into the entire teaching process.The evaluation was based on the final examination results of the standardized training trainees, the scores of the humanistic quality assessment form, and the subjective cognitive feelings of the trainees.
      Results Compared with the control group, the trainees in the observation group had higher scores in theory, skill test and scores of humanistic quality evaluation form after rotating in cardiovascular medicine (P < 0.01).The trainees in the observation group had better feelings in terms of improving professional identity, medical ethics and style, clinical ability, communication skill, and patriotism than the control group (P < 0.05).
      Conclusions Under the perspective of cultivating virtue and nurturing talent, integrating the medical humanities and ideological and political elements into the standardized training for resident physicians in the cardiovascular medicine department can enhance the ideological realm of the trainees, stimulate their enthusiasm for learning, improve their comprehensive clinical abilities, and cultivate outstanding socialist physicians with both virtue and talent.
