玩具雾化器和面罩进行治疗性游戏在学龄前患儿首次雾化吸入中的应用效果

    Effectiveness of a toy nebulizer and face mask for therapeutic games in the first nebulization inhalation of preschool children

    • 摘要: 目的: 探讨玩具雾化器和面罩进行治疗性游戏在学龄前患儿首次雾化吸入中的应用效果。方法: 选取首次行雾化吸入治疗患儿164例,根据随机数字表法分为常规组和游戏组,2组患儿均给予常规措施干预,游戏组在此基础上采用玩具雾化器和面罩进行治疗性游戏干预,对比2组患儿焦虑情绪,雾化吸入治疗依从性以及临床症状改善情况。结果: 干预后,游戏组改良耶鲁术前焦虑量表、诱导期合作度量表评分高于常规组(P<0.01);游戏组患儿发热持续时间、咳嗽持续时间和肺部湿啰音持续时间均少于常规组(P<0.05)。结论: 玩具雾化器和面罩进行的治疗性游戏能够有效改善在学龄前患儿首次雾化吸入治疗过程中焦虑情绪,提高治疗依从性以及更好地改善临床症状。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To explore the application effect of therapeutic games using toy nebulizers and face masks in the first nebulization inhalation of preschool children. Methods: One hundred and sixty-four children who underwent nebulization therapy for the first time were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a game group according to a random number table method.Both groups of children received routine intervention measures,while the game group received therapeutic game intervention using toy nebulizers and face masks.The anxiety,nebulization therapy compliance,and clinical symptom improvement of the two groups of children were compared. Results: After intervention,the scores of the modified Yale preoperative anxiety scale and the induction period cooperative scale in the game group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.01).The duration of fever,cough,and pulmonary wet rales in the game group were all shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions: Therapeutic games using toy nebulizers and face masks can effectively improve anxiety during the first nebulization inhalation therapy in preschool children,enhance treatment compliance,and better improve clinical symptoms.
