Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the status quo of hope level, psychological resilience and coping style in non-small cell lung carcinoma(NSCLC) patients treated with immunotherapy, and mediating effects of hope level between psychological resilience and coping style.
Methods: A total of 124 NSCLC patients treated with immunotherapy were selected using the convenience sampling, and investigated using the general information questionnaire,Herth hope scale, medical coping style questionnaire and psychological resilience scale.
Results: The scores of hope level, psychological resilience and medical coping style of NSCLC patients treated with immunotherapy were (36.84±4.01) points,(60.12±16.08) points and (43.01±5.51) points, respectively.Through structural equation test,it was found that hope level had a partial mediating effect between psychological resilience and coping style, and the mediating effect accounted for 45.93% of total effect.
Conclusions: For the NSCLC patients treated with immunotherapy, the hope level can improve the psychological resilience of patients,so that the patients adopt a positive attitude to cope with the disease, and play a part in mediating the role.
