Abstract:
Objective: To explore the application effects of Hein's law combined with risk management based on the diffusion of responsibility in schizophrenia.
Methods: Forty-seven patients with schizophrenia in the closed ward of a tertiary hospital from January to September 2024 were selected as the observation group, and 47 patients from April to December 2023 were selected as the control group. The scores of impulsiveness, running away, choking on food, falling out of bed/falling,and pressure injury on the day of discharge were compared between two groups. The incidence rates of adverse events during hospitalization, and nursing quality scores before intervention and after 3 and 6 months of intervention were compared between two groups.
Results: The scores of impulsiveness, running away, choking on food and falling out of bed/falling in the observation group were lower than those in control group(
P<0.05),and the score of pressure injury was higher than that in control group(
P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in control group(
P<0.05).After the intervention, the score of nursing quality in the observation group was higher than that in control group(
P<0.05).
Conclusions: The Hein's law combined with risk management based on the diffusion of responsibility can reduce the incidence of unexpected events, and improve the quality of nursing care in patients with schizophrenia.
