血清Gal-3、IMA水平与扩张型心肌病病人左心室重构的相关性

    Study on the correlation between serum levels of Gal-3 and IMA and left ventricular remodeling in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy

      目的 研究血清半乳糖凝集素-3(galectin-3,Gal-3)、缺血修饰白蛋白(ischemia modified albumin,IMA)水平与扩张型心肌病(dilated cardiomyopathy,DCM)病人左心室重构(left ventricular remodeling,LVR)之间的关联性。
      方法 对2019—2023年收治的120例DCM病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并根据是否确诊为LVR将病人分为观察组(确诊LVR)60例和对照组(未确诊LVR)60例。对2组病人进行了血清Gal-3和IMA水平的监测,并分析了这些水平与DCM病人LVR的相关性。
      结果 观察组病人的血清Gal-3和IMA水平均明显高于对照组(P < 0.01)。ROC曲线分析表明,Gal-3和IMA联合检测的AUC为0.909,高于单独检测的AUC(Gal-3为0.809,IMA为0.854)。logistic回归分析显示,血清Gal-3和IMA是DCM病人发生LVR的独立风险因素(P < 0.01)。
      结论 血清Gal-3、IMA水平与DCM病人LVR的发生密切相关,是评估DCM病人LVR的重要生物标志物,能为临床早期干预提供参考依据。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective  To investigate the relationship between serum levels of galectin-3(Gal-3) and Ischemia modified albumin(IMA) and left ventricular remodeling(LVR) in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM).
      Methods  The clinical data of 120 patients with DCM from 2019 to 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into the observation group(diagnosed with LVR, n=60) and control group(not diagnosed with LVR, n=60) according to whether they were diagnosed with LVR. The levels of serum Gal-3 and IMA were monitored in two groups, and the correlation between these levels and LVR in patients with DCM was analyzed.
      Results  The levels of serum Gal-3 and IMA in the observation group were higher than those in control group(P < 0.01). The results of ROC curve analysis indicated that the AUC of the combined detection of Gal-3 and IMA was 0.909, which was higher than that of the individual detection(0.809 for Gal-3 and 0.854 for IMA). The results of logistic regression analysis showed that the serum Gal-3 and IMA were the independent risk factors of LVR in patients with DCM(P < 0.01).
      Conclusions  The serum Gal-3 and IMA levels are closely related to the occurrence of LVR in patients with DCM. They are important biomarkers for evaluating LVR in patients with DCM, and can provide reference for early clinical intervention.
