Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of the intelligent teaching mode of medical imaging from the perspective of digital intelligence empowerment, and provide practical references for the cultivation of medical imaging talents in the context of new medicine.
Methods Fifty undergraduate students majoring in medical imaging of the 2024 grade from Bengbu Medical University were randomly selected as the observation group, and an intelligent teaching mode empowered by digital intelligence was adopted. Fifty undergraduate students of the 2023 grade in the same major were selected as the control group, and the traditional teaching mode was adopted. The students' recognition of the teaching mode was evaluated through a self-made questionnaire. The professional theoretical scores, accuracy rate of lesion feature recognition and proficiency in using AI-assisted diagnostic tools in two groups were evaluated by unified assessment.
Results Over 90% of the students in the observation group believed that the intelligent teaching was conducive to improving the ability of image diagnosis, mastering the application skills of AI tools and cultivating clinical thinking. The theoretical score of "medical imaging diagnosis" in the observation group, the accuracy rate of lesion feature recognition, and the proficiency in using AI-assisted diagnostic tools were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.01).
Conclusions The intelligent teaching mode of medical imaging from the perspective of digital intelligence empowerment can effectively address the pain points of traditional teaching, enhance students' professional abilities and digital intelligence technology application capabilities, and meet the demand for cultivating compound medical imaging talents in the "AI + medicine" era.
