    • 摘要: 目的:探讨子宫颈环形电切术(loop electrosurgical excisional procedure,LEEP)治疗子宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)的有效性、可行性。方法:采用阴道镜辅助下的子宫颈环形电切术,对54例CIN患者进行治疗,观察手术时间、出血量、组织病理变化及术后随访情况,并对其疗效进行回顾性分析。结果:LEEP手术时间平均约4.5 min,手术出血量约8.6 ml。术前、术后病理符合率66.67%,术后20.37%升级,12.96%降级。一次治愈率达94.4%。结论:LEEP治疗子宫颈上皮内瘤变,是安全、有效、经济的术式,易被接受,值得在妇产科临床中进一步推广应用。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To investigate the efficacy and capability of loop electrosurgical excisional procedure(LEEP) in treatment of cervical introepithelial neoplasia(CIN).Methods: Fifty-four patients with CIN were treated by LEEP under local anesthesia and colposcopic guidance.The operation time,hemorrhage volume,the change of histopathology and complications were analyzed retrospectively.Results: For the LEEP,the mean operation time was 4.5 min,mean hemorrhage volume was 8.6 ml.After LEEP,66.67% was consistent with the changes of histopathology,20.37% with upgrade,and 12.96% with downgrade.The cure rate was achieved up to 94.4%.Conclusions: LEEP is a kind of safe,effective and economical method for the management of CIN.So it is worthwhile to popularize LEEP in gynecological field.
